Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to register for Ignite 2025? What is the cost?
Yes, all speakers and panelists are required to register for Ignite 2025. Admission for speakers and panelists is complimentary; our events team will distribute promotional codes for the complimentary registrations.

What is the duration of my presentation?
Each session lasts a total of 60 minutes. Our speakers usually allocate 45 minutes for their presentations, reserving the final 15 minutes for a question-and-answer segment with the audience.

What audiovisual equipment will be available?
All breakout rooms will have at least one projector, screen, lavalier microphone, and handheld microphone. Speakers will also have Wi-Fi and audio access during presentations.

Will there be a rehearsal or sound check?
All panel sessions will include scheduled virtual rehearsals. Rehearsals and sound checks outside of this will be available only upon request.

What should I do if I encounter technical issues during my presentation?
Speakers are not responsible for addressing technical issues, LCPtracker will provide audio/visual technicians in each breakout room to address any technical difficulties as they occur.

Can I promote my organization/product during my presentation?
Speakers are encouraged to incorporate their organization’s branding into their presentations. However, LCPtracker requests that all sessions maintain an educational focus.

Will my session be recorded?
Yes, LCPtracker records audio (without video) for all sessions, which will be distributed to attendees after the conference concludes. Speakers can request that their sessions not be recorded if they prefer.

Can I get feedback on my presentation?
Attendees have the ability to submit feedback through the Whova mobile application and our post-event survey. Feedback regarding sessions will be compiled and shared with speakers following the event.
