About Ignite 2021

The time is now. As we emerge from the uncertainty and disruption of a pandemic, there’s no better time than now to learn, to reconnect, and most importantly, to celebrate our resilience as an industry together. Prevailing wage compliance is as important as it ever was, but perhaps the need for education, training, and in-person networking carries a little extra weight moving forward than it did before.

Our annual Ignite Conference is the single biggest opportunity in public works construction to fill that void and build prevailing wage and construction site compliance knowledge. We held our first conference over 10 years ago with the goal to help the government agencies and contractors that used our software to comply with Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage labor laws, but the event has evolved over the years into something much more.

Today, Ignite 2021 is an ideal learning opportunity for any compliance professional dealing with publicly funded projects, regardless of whether they use LCPtracker software. Attendees will even discover topics that transcend compliance to address workforce development – a hot topic for an industry that continues to struggle with a labor shortage. And there’s more than enough applicable content for prevailing wage novices and seasoned compliance veterans alike.

With educational classes from industry-leading experts, attendees can expect to learn about:

• Davis-Bacon & prevailing wage laws
• Best practices for contractors, agencies, and primes
• The latest updates on industry news, trends, and laws
• Workforce tracking and planning
• Hands-on training of our software
• Sneak peeks at future LCPtracker products & updates

And with plenty of attendees from prime contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies (as well as industry-leading experts), the networking opportunities are one of the many reasons attendees return year after year – let alone after an extended absence of public gatherings. There is arguably no event in the industry with more construction industry knowledge and labor compliance expertise all in one place; nor is there a better time to seize the opportunity ahead of us and emerge stronger as an industry.
