Note: Exhibitor tables are open throughout the entire conference.

Shipping Information

Exhibitors are welcome to ship items for your Tabletop Exhibit in advance, please follow the directions below.

All items that need to be shipped out following the event must have a pre-paid shipping label. It is also the exhibitor’s responsibility to schedule for package pick-up. Merchandise must be picked up within one (1) day of the completion of the event. The Hyatt Regency Long Beach Hotel does not have a UPS or FedEx business office onsite.
