Event App

To help you get the most out of Ignite 2025, we’ll be using the Whova event app. It will allow you to explore the full agenda, network with fellow attendees, customize your schedule, and more.

This year, we’re requesting attendees to RSVP for certain sessions due to anticipated demand and limited capacity. Be sure to secure your spot early for the following sessions before space runs out:

All Computer Labs
All Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Sessions

Wi-Fi

Wi-fi will be available to attendees throughout the meeting space.

Welcome Reception: Cocktail Attire
Class sessions: Business professional attire
Gala Dinner: Formal attire

Dress code is encouraged, but not required.

Registration Check-in

Registration check-in will be open from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Monday, 5/19 and will re-open the following morning on Tuesday, 5/20 at 7:00 am. Please have your confirmation email or ID ready. If you need the confirmation email re-sent, please contact us.

Check-in is only required once upon arrival.

Networking Opportunities

Welcome Reception

Join us at the Welcome Reception in the Rainbow Lagoon, just around the corner from the pool deck, at 5:00 pm on Monday, 5/19. Check in and pick up your badge at the registration table before the event to receive your drink tickets in advance.

Gala Dinner

Join us for our Gala Dinner, where we always have a great time and a great meal! Whether you are a first-time attendee or a ten-year veteran, attendees will join in for this one-of-a-kind experience, where they can catch up with industry colleagues, make new friends, and create valuable connections. It goes without saying that an appropriate dance floor will be set up, where you will be able to shake off all those long hours in the conference rooms.
