We look forward to connecting with you at Ignite and plan to implement the following:

• We will implement the health and safety requirements in place at the time of the event as issued by local and state health authorities, including the venue.
• We encourage all attendees to act in the best interests of their own well-being and that of their fellow conference participants.
• We encourage frequent hand washing and sanitizing. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue.

This is an evolving topic, and we will continue to refine our on-site policies based on local guidance. Please check back here for revisions to procedures and safety protocols.

In addition to those outlined above, the hotel currently has in place the following protocols:

• Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival: During your stay, the hotel will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let the hotel guest services team know, and they will schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that the hotel will automatically clean each guest room after every 6th night.
• Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: The hotel has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):  Hotel staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
• Electrostatic Spraying:  The hotel is utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support their already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
