Mark Douglas is the President and CEO of LCPtracker, Inc., a privately held company providing cloud-based software services for construction compliance and workforce development. His vision for LCPtracker is to empower people to build better communities. And this begins with his company’s flagship product, which helps government agencies and contractors maintain and enforce prevailing wage provisions for state, local, and federal law.
Today, Mark is taking his company to new heights – transforming LCPtracker into one of the fastest growing companies in Orange County, California. He prides himself in fostering a team of over 80 highly motivated and dedicated employees and building a reputable organization in the construction industry with over 2,500 clients and 100,000 contractor users nationwide, including 20 of the top 50 cities in the US.

Aliecia Taormina has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Her previous roles include Payroll Manager, Business Manager, Compliance Officer, and Senior Compliance Manager for the corporate office of a Fortune 300 Prime Contractor. Aliecia is currently the Director of Client Services for LCPtracker. Aliecia has extensive expertise in the various nuances of prevailing wage and Davis-Bacon compliance. She holds a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional certification with the SCCE and a Contract Compliance Administrator certification from the ACCA.
Lois Goeser is the Account Services Assistant Manager for LCPtracker, Inc and is incredibly experienced in Prevailing Wages, having previously worked for a Fortune 200 company. Lois is passionate about helping clients with setting up and utilizing LCPtracker for their workforce needs. She brings 17+ years of construction experience as a Business Manager, Payroll Manager, Business Analyst and Project Manager. Lois holds the certification as a Project Manager Professional (PMP).
Aurora has over 5 years in the construction industry, and is currently a Client Training and Content Specialist at LCPtracker. Aurora has also held roles as a Labor Compliance/Hurman Resource Specialist and Payroll Specialist. She has experience with California DIR Requirements and other areas of California compliance and reporting. She enjoys learning about her clients and collaborating to problem-solve their concerns at hand.
James Reed is the Labor Compliance SME for LCPtracker, and has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry performing duties in various previous roles such as Business Manager, Commercial Manager, Payroll Product Manager, and Compliance Manager for a Fortune 300 Prime Contractor. James has extensive experience with projects utilizing multiple prevailing wage programs including Davis-Bacon and multiple state agencies.
