Letter from the CEO

Welcome to the Ninth Annual LCPtracker User Conference, Ignite 2019!

I would like to begin by thanking all the incredible industry experts and LCPtracker staff who have worked with us to create content that will inspire us all.

This year’s conference theme is “Empowering People.” I am very excited to continue to share the stories of how our clients have leveraged our software to do just that. Time and time again, we’ve seen the impact that our industry’s efforts have had on the lives of construction workers. And what’s truly been most rewarding is witnessing your efforts transform the lives of our most vulnerable and disenfranchised members of society, providing them with construction careers that provide sustainable middle-class jobs.

As we continued to hear more and more of these stories throughout the year, it became clear that our company’s vision of Empowering People to Build Better Communities was more than just something we strive for. At its core, it embodies the essence what we believe has been the theme of this entire year. So let’s Empower People.

Today, we’ll discuss new ways to leverage workforce reporting and show you new tools that will empower you more than ever to change the lives of people in our communities. Studies show that 2 out of 3 Americans feel disengaged from their jobs. At Ignite 2019, we will be unveiling some of these stories that illuminate how our software can empower you to work with greater passion and purpose.

This year, we’re offering labor law sessions and sharing our top clients’ secret best practices. We’ll also show you how you can use our software in conjunction with hiring goals and workforce programs to revitalize cities and people’s lives. You will hear first-hand from cities and agencies who have seen their communities flourish by leveraging the real-time data our software provides and making better decisions.

Through this conference, we hope to IGNITE within you a passion to help. We hope to empower you, so that you can empower others. Together, we can train our most vulnerable individuals to attain solid construction careers, restoring not only our industry’s aging workforce, but our country’s shrinking middle class. Let’s work to provide opportunities to those who need them the most.

I wish you all the very best, and may God bless your time here. Safe travels to you.

Sincerely,

Mark Douglas
President
